Adur (District)

Adur is a District in the county of West Sussex in England. Council is based in Shoreham- by-Sea.

The district was formed on 1 April 1974 and evolved from the merger of the towns Shoreham- by-Sea and Southwick and villages Coombes, Lancing and Sompting in Worthing Rural District.
