Aéroports de Paris

Aéroports de Paris ( ADP) is a listed airport operator with headquarters in Paris. The company operates as an operator of several airports, especially for the three major airports of Paris: Paris -Charles de Gaulle, Paris -Orly and Paris -Le Bourget.

Background

ADP was founded in 1945 as a state-owned company. In 2005 it was converted into a public limited company and partially privatized as of 2006 with an IPO.
