The mushroom relatives or Egerlingsverwandten ( Agaricaceae ) are a large family of mushroom -like ( Agaricales ).

Features

The Pilothecien ( hats or hat-like structure ) carry blades that are usually free, so do not bottom out on the stalk. The stem is almost always associated centrally with the hat. The spore powder and the slats are often pale or brownish- blackish, rarely greenish or reddish. Rings on the stem and flakes or scales on hut or stem often occur. The stem base, the foot is always without sheath ( volva ).
