Agostinho Oliveira

Agostinho Vieira de Oliveira ( born February 5, 1947 in Póvoa de Varzim ), known as Agostinho Oliveira, is a former Portuguese football player and coach.

Career

Agostinho Oliveira played his entire 17 year career as a professional football player only as a defender for SC Braga.

After the end of his active career Oliveira held in 1983 at the club from Braga for two years the post of assistant coach. As a coach António Oliveira as a result of the disappointing cutting the Portuguese team withdrew at the 2002 World Cup, Oliveira looked after temporarily by the national team before Luiz Felipe Scolari has been committed.
