Ahaura River

The Ahaura River is a river in Grey District on the South Island of New Zealand. It occurs on the western side of the Southern Alps at Mount Ajax from the confluence of Waiheke and Tutaekuri River. The river and flows west of Ahaura in the Grey River, where it is crossed by State Highway 7. Rights tributaries are the Waiheke River and Nancy River, left tributary rivers are River trend, Waikiti River and Haupiri River.
