Alfonso Lara
Osvaldo Alfonso Lara Madrid ( * April 27, 1946 in Santiago, † August 13, 2013 ) was a Chilean football player. At club level including CSD Colo -Colo very successful, he took with him the national team of his native country further also at the Football World Cup 1974 in Germany part.
Career
Club career
Alfonso Lara, born in 1946 in the Chilean capital Santiago, started playing football at the club CD Magallanes in the Maipú district in the capital. For the Magallanes midfielder acted for two years during the seasons 1968 and 1969 and brought it at this time on a total of 64 league games with six goals for the four-time Chilean football champion. The Chilean team ended with two draws and a defeat in the group stage third place in Group 1 behind the Federal Republic of Germany and the German Democratic Republic and ahead of Australia and retired.
