Ali Boussaboun ( born June 18, 1982 in Tangier ) is a Moroccan football player. Since summer 2010, the striker is the Dutch first division club NAC Breda under contract.

Career

Association

In 1996 Boussabouns professional soccer career with Dutch club ADO Den Haag in the Eerste Divisie. After he came to just five appearances in his first year as a pro, the striker drew up the following year a regular place and scored his first league goal. With a total of eight goals he was instrumental in a good fifth place. For the 2000/01 season the team only reached the 16th place in the second division. Boussabouns fifteen goals this season helped in the fight to avoid relegation. This performance was the Eredivisie clubs not go unnoticed, so he moved to the end of the season for FC Groningen. After just one year he returned to the club again the back and was hired by league rivals NAC Breda. In Breda, the striker stayed for three years. With fourth place in 2002/ 03 they reached the best ever position in the Eredivisie. In summer 2005, it pulled the attacker to top Dutch club Feyenoord Rotterdam. After he came to regular operations in the first year, decided the Feyenoord managers in the winter break of 2006/ 07, Boussabouns to FC Utrecht lend after the attacker could not prevail against Angelos Charisteas, Pierre van Hooijdonk and Stijn Huysegems. To a return to Rotterdam did not happen and the striker went abroad for Al- Wakrah SC. At the club from Qatar but it did not keep him long, and in the summer of 2008 he returned to the Netherlands, where he transferred again to FC Utrecht. Again after one season he returned for the second time back in the Eredivisie and joined again at NAC Breda.

National

Boussaboun 's current national team of Morocco. His debut was the player on March 26, 2005 qualifying match for the FIFA World Cup 2006 against Guinea. Coach Badou Ezaki Zaki joined him at that time in the 65th minute for Mounir Diane. 2006 Boussaboun was in the squad for the African Cup. It came in the three group matches to three brief appearances for his country. With two draws and a defeat, the team retired early but from without scoring. His debut in the African Cup of Nations gave Boussaboun 21 January 2006 against the Ivory Coast when he came off the bench for 83 minutes Houssine Kharja.
