Ana Burgos

Ana Burgos Acuña ( born December 26, 1967 in Madrid) is a Spanish duathlete and triathlete.

Career

Ana Burgos began in 1999 with Triathlon and 2000, she became vice - world champion in Aquathlon (2.5 km run, 1 km swim and 2.5 km run ).

In 2003 she became Triathlon European Championships in the Czech Karlovy Vary. In the same year she was in Ibiza and Vice World Champion Long Distance (4 km swimming, 130 km cycling and 30 km running).

At the Olympic Games in Athens in 2004, she took seventh place.

2005 and again in 2006, she became vice - European champion in duathlon.

In 2008, she started again at the Olympics in triathlon and reached the 20th position.
