Andrés Manuel Díaz

Andrés Manuel Díaz Díaz (born 12 July 1969, A Coruña ) is a former Spanish middle distance runner.

In 1995, he retired at the World Athletics Championships in Gothenburg in 1995 from about 800 m in the run and won at the Universiade silver over the same distance. At the Olympic Games in Atlanta in 1996, he failed again in the flow.

In the Indoor Athletics Championships 1998 in Valencia, he finished fourth over 1500 meters. About the same distance he won bronze at the IAAF World Indoor Championships in Maebashi in 1999, was fifth at the 1999 World Championships in Seville and seventh at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney.

Outdoors In 1999 he was Spanish champion over 1,500 m, in the hall in 1992 and 1997 about 800 m and 2000 m 3000.
