Ángel María Villar Llona ( born January 21, 1950 in Bilbao, Spain ) is a former Spanish national football team. Since 1988 he has been President of the Spanish Football Federation. He became a member of the UEFA Executive Committee and 1998 member of the FIFA Executive Committee in 1992.
