Eugenio Figueredo

Eugenio Figueredo ( born March 10, 1932 in Santa Lucía (Uruguay ) ) is an Uruguayan football official and a member of the FIFA Executive Committee.

Figueredo was an active soccer player at Huracán Buceo and in this club also twice president (1971-1972 and 1976-1977 ). From 1997 to 2006 he was president of the Uruguayan Football Association ( Asociación Uruguaya de Fútbol ).

On April 30, 2014 he was elected as the new President of CONMEBOL for the retired Nicolás Leoz. He thus became his successor in the FIFA Executive Committee.
