Anna Ohmiya

Anna Ōmiya (Japanese近 江 谷 杏 菜, Ōmiya Anna, born October 12, 1989 in Tokoro (now Kitami ), Hokkaido ) is a Japanese curler.

She is the daughter of Curlers Yoshiyuki Ōmiya Skip and currently the team Aomori Aomori of CC.

The greatest success of Anna Ōmiya was winning the silver medal at the Pacific Championships in 2007 and 2009, the team of Skip Moe Meguro.

In February 2010 Ōmiya took part in the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver (Canada) as a member of the Japanese team. The team finished in eighth place.

After the withdrawal of Moe Meguro in June 2010 is now Ōmiya Skip the team.
