Anzor Urishev

Anzor Suadinowitsch Urischew (Russian Анзор Суадинович Уришев; born 23 January 1987) is a Russian wrestler. It was 2010 European Champion in free style at middleweight.

Career

Anzor Urischew comes from North Caucasus and is a member of the wrestling clubs Gladiator Nalchik in the Russian Teilreupublik Kabardino-Balkaria. He began in 2000 with the rings and focuses entirely on the free style. He is a student and is trained by Anzor Tembotow for several years.

In 2004 he was first employed in Istanbul in the weight category to 76 kg body weight in an international championship, the European Junior Championship ( Cadets ). He won this championship in front of San Dundar from Turkey and Patrick Loes, Germany. In 2007, it still took a further success as a junior. He was at the Junior World Championships this year in Beijing vice-champion in the middleweight division behind Abdul Ammajew from Uzbekistan.

As a senior was able to occupy the 2nd place him at the Russian Championship 2008 middleweight. In the Russian championship in 2009, he came together with Soslan Kzojew in the same weight class behind Abdussalam Gadissow and Albert Saritow to 3rd place. These three wrestlers are in Russia also its toughest competitors when it comes to fight for a starting place for the international championships. By the year 2009, this Anzor Urischew failed. However, he took excellent places in many international tournaments. In an international match against the USA in Chicago, he succeeded on 24 November 2009 the vice-champion of 2009 Jake Herbert convincingly on points (3:0, 4:2 ) to defeat.

When arrivierten Ivan Yarigin Tournament 2010 in Krasnoyarsk, which this year had the rank of FILA Golden Grand Prix Tournament, he finished behind Abdussalam Gadissow the 2nd place and let this his Russian compatriots Soslan Kzojew and Georgi Rubajew behind itself. In this championship, he sang only once in the fight against Scharifow from a round.

2011 won Anzor Urischew again when Ivan Yarigin tournament in Krasnoyarsk and later won in Dortmund with wins over Alex Dolly, Ireland, Maciej Balawender, Poland, Scharifow Sharif and Dato Marsagischwili, Georgia the European title. At the World Championship 2011, he was not used. But he was again at the European Championships 2012 in Belgrade at the start, where he but after a defeat in the quarter-finals against Mikhail GANEV from Bulgaria could not defend his title. In the consolation round but he fought his way with victories over Konstantin Völk from Germany and from Latvia Armands Zvirbulis still a bronze medal. Anzor Urischew was then used at the Olympic Games in London. He won there in his first fight on the former World Champion Ibragim Aldatow, Ukraine, but lost his next fight against Lashgari Ehsan from Iran (0-2 rounds, 1:6 points). Since Lashgari not reached the final, he left and came only on the 8th Place.

But in 2013 he won the European Championship in Tbilisi a medal again. He came there with wins over Istvan Vereb, Hungary, Gabriel Seregelyi, Germany and Murad Gaidarow, Belarus, a defeat against Dato Marsagischwili and a win over Andrei Frant, Romania to 3rd place.
