Asplöven HC

The Asplöven HC is a Swedish professional ice hockey club was established in 1972 from Haparanda. The team plays in the HockeyAllsvenskan and wearing their home games in the arena Polarica from.

History

The club was founded in 1972. In the 2000s, the association established in the third-tier Division 1 and failed several times until the Relegation 'Ascent, so also in 2012. However, since the Borås HC for the 2012/13 season was not a license for financial reasons, the Asplöven HC moved as third in the relegation automatically.
