Avenidas Novas is the name of a municipality ( freguesia ) of the Portuguese capital, Lisbon. It was created on 29 September in 2013, the administrative reorganization of the city from the merger of the municipalities of São Sebastião da Pedreira and Nossa Senhora de Fátima. Covering an area of 2.99 km ² live 21 189 inhabitants (as at 30 June 2011).
