Baby Daddy

Baby Daddy is an American sitcom that aired for the first time On 20 June 2012 the cable channel ABC Family. It tells of the twentysomethings Ben, his ex - girlfriend delivers surprisingly a baby with him. In Germany, the series airs on Disney Channel since 22 January 2014.

Action

When it rings at the door, a one -nights stand of Ben Wheeler put a baby in front of the door. Ben suspects that it is his daughter and decides the girl -rearing. He receives support from his mother Bonnie, his brother Danny, his best friend Tucker and his best friend and neighbor Riley.

Production

In September 2011, the station ordered the comedy pilot Baby Daddy. On November 1, 2011 Cameron Deane Stewart was cast in the lead role of Ben Wheeler. Furthermore, were Chelsea Kane and Derek Theler occupied for more leading roles. In addition, Melissa Peterman has been cast as guest star.

The first season of the series consisting of ten episodes, was ordered by ABC Family on February 3, 2012. Shortly after the series order was the station announced that the lead role of Ben Wheeler will be filled. Jean-Luc Bilodeau replaced Cameron Deane Stewart as a lead actor.

On August 17, 2012 ABC Family gave a second season commissioned. For the second season were Grace Phipps, Lacey Chabert and Matt Dallas cast in guest roles.

As announced on March 23, 2013, ABC Family has renewed the series even before the airing of the second season for a third season.

On March 17, 2014 it was announced that ABC Family extended the series for a fourth season.

The German synchronization occurs after dialogue book by Karin Lehmann and dialogue directed by Michael Pan by the synchronous Company SDI Media Germany in Berlin.

The first season was broadcast between 20 June and 29 August 2012. The first episode wanted to pursue 1,7 million viewers and made with a rating of 0.7 in the target demographic of the most successful launch of a comedy series in the history of ABC Family. The 16 episodes of the second season were broadcast between 29 May and 11 December 2013. The third season will air on January 15, 2014.

In Germany, the series is aired on Wednesdays in the free to air Disney Channel since 22 January 2014.
