Bagassi Department

Bagassi is both a municipality (French commune Rurale ) and a comprehensive department of the same territory in the West African nation of Burkina Faso, in the region of Boucle du Mouhoun and the province balé. In 2006, the municipality had 33 309 inhabitants in 29 villages, in the majority Bwaba. The village was founded by Banliou Yé.
