Bagrat
Bagrat (Armenian Բագրատ; Georgian ბაგრატ; Russian Баграт ) is a first name, which is particularly widespread in Armenia, Georgia and Abkhazia. The name derives originally from the Persian Bagadāta on what means " gift of God". In the Middle Ages there was with the Armenian and the Georgian Bagratides Bagratides two important noble families bearing the name of Bagrat.
