Băișoara

Băişoara (deprecated Băişoara Bicălatului or Baia Ierii; German small Grub, Hungarian Járabánya or Kisbánya ) is a municipality in the district of Cluj in Transylvania, Romania. The place is located in the Apuseni Mountains.

Population

In the census of 2002 (2330 inhabitants), 97.5 % of the population Romanians, 0.7 % Hungarians, 1.7% Roma and 0.1 % of other ethnicity were ( a German Romania ).
