Bałamątek

Bałamątek ( German Old Mill, Kasch. Stori Mlın ) is a village in the northwest of the Polish Pomeranian Voivodeship. It belongs to the rural community Ustka ( Stolpmünde ) in the powiat Słupski ( Stolp ).

Bałamątek is located three kilometers from the Baltic Sea coast on a road that connects Objazda ( Wobesde ) with Rowy ( Rowe ) and Rowek (small Rowe ) on the Lupow ( Łupawa ). Until 1945 there was a rail connection on the only one kilometer from the railway station Wobesde to Stolpmünde Fork Stolp of the stumbling tracks.

In his history of Old Mill always with the community Wobesde ( Objazda ) has been associated. Until 1945 it was a village within that community, the seat was an official and a registry office district and the district of Stolp in the district of Koszalin ( Koszalin ) of the Prussian province of Pomerania belonged.

Since 1945, Old Mill is Polish under the place name Bałamątek and now part of the Gmina Ustka in powiat Słupski in the Pomeranian Voivodeship ( 1975-1998 Slupsk voivodship ). Bałamątek is incorporated into the mayor's office Objazda.

Ecclesiastical was Old Mill to 1945 in the Protestant parish Rowe (now Polish: Rowy ) eingepfarrt. It belonged to the church Stolp - old town in the Province of Pomerania Ostsprengel the Church of the Church of the Old Prussian Union.

Since 1945 Bałamątek belongs to the Catholic parish Objazda the Dean Główczyce ( Glowitz ) in the diocese of Pelplin of the Catholic Church in Poland. Here surviving Protestant church members are now part of Cross Church in Slupsk in the Diocese of Pomerania - Greater Poland the Evangelical-Augsburg Church in Poland.

Extracurricular Old Mill was oriented to 1945 after Wobesde ( Objazda ) back.
