Barbara Nichols

Barbara Nichols ( born December 30, 1929 in Queens, New York; † 5 October 1976) was an American actress who was active primarily in the 1950s and 1960s, and participated in large supporting cast productions.

Born as Barbara Nicke Rough Nichols began modeling for pinup magazines in the 1950s. For a short time she also worked as a stripper. Mid-50s, she moved to Hollywood and began to regularly supporting roles in productions such as Miracle in the Rain ( 1956), The King and Four Queens (1956 ), Picnic in pajamas (1957 ), Pal Joey (1957 ), Sweet Smell of Success ( published in Germany as your fate in my hand (1957 ), the naked and the Dead (1958), that Kind of woman ( 1958) and the woman he loves (1964 ) ) to take over.
