Basket Napoli

Società Sportiva Basket Napoli is an Italian basketball club based in Naples, Italy. He plays in Serie C. The matches will be played in PalaBarbuto, which offers 5,500 spaces.

History

Prior to the 1999/2000 season the team played under the name Serapide Pozzuoli in Serie A. Under Lubrano as president, the team then moved to Naples. Then Lubrano sold the team to Mario Maione. In the 2004/2005 season, the team took part in the Eurocup and won the 2006 Italian Basketball Cup. 2008, the association received due to financial irregularities is not licensed for series A.
