Bay City is a municipality ( with the status of Village ) on the east bank of the Mississippi River in Pierce County in the western part of the U.S. state of Wisconsin. In the census in 2010, Bay City had 500 inhabitants.

Geography

Bay City is located at the headwaters of the Mississippi River, which forms the border between Wisconsin and Minnesota. The town lies on the northwestern end of Lake Pepin, a natural reservoir of the Mississippi.
