Belgian Ebony Shoe
The ebb Houten Schoen (French: Soulier d' ébène; German: Ebony Shoe ) is since 1992, awarded to the best African player of African origin or in the Jupiler Pro League, the highest Belgian league.
The winner will be chosen by a jury consisting of the coaches of " Jupiler League ", the Belgian national coach and selected sports journalists.
In addition, a well-deserved personality from the Belgian football is annually appointed, who is also eligible to vote. 2009, 2010 and 2011, the former Belgian national team Georges Heylens was bestowed this honor.
