Ben Piazza

Ben Piazza ( born July 30, 1934 in Little Rock, Arkansas; † September 7, 1991 in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, California ) was an American actor.

Life and career

He made ​​his theatrical debut in 1952 with the play Othello, he had his first film role in 1959 on the side of Gary Cooper and Maria Schell in The gallows tree. It was followed by numerous appearances in television series such as Matlock, California communities, Cagney & Lacey, and from 1982 to 1983 in Dallas as Walt Driscoll. In 1990, he starred opposite Sylvester Stallone in Rocky V.

Ben Piazza was for a time married to actress Dolores Dorn. He died in 1991 from cancer.
