Benedictus Hubertus Danser

Benedictus Hubertus Danser ( born May 24, 1891 in Schiedam, † October 18, 1943 in Groningen ) was a Dutch botanist. Its official botanical author abbreviation is " Danser ".

Life

B. H. Danser was the son of Cornelis Danser and Josephina Jaeckers. After studying at the University of Amsterdam in 1921 he received his doctorate with a thesis Contribution à la systématique you Polygonum lapathifolium ( contribution to the systematics of Polygonum lapathifolium ). In the following years he worked as a teacher in Haarlem.
