Bengt Lundholm

Bengt Johan Lundholm (* August 4, 1955 in Falun ) is a retired Swedish professional ice hockey player who has played in its active period from 1971 to 1987, including for the Winnipeg Jets of the National Hockey League.

Career

Bengt Lundholm began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the junior department of Falu IF, for the seniors team, he made his debut in the then second-rate Division 2 in the 1971/72 season. Subsequently, the winger moved to the U20 juniors from Leksand IF, for the first team, he was active from 1973 to 1977 - first in Division 1 and from the 1975/76 season in its successor league Elitserien. With Leksand, he won the Swedish championship in season 1974/75. From 1977 to 1981 he ran for Leksand league rivals AIK Solna and in 1978 was elected to the Swedish All-Star Team.

The following five years were spent Lundholm at the Winnipeg Jets of the National Hockey League.
