Beni Suef Governorate

Beni Suef (Arabic محافظة بني سويف Muhafazat Banī Suef, Beni Suef Muhafazat DMG ) is a governorate in Egypt with 2,290,527 inhabitants and is located in Middle Egypt.

It is bordered to the north by the provinces of al - Fayyum and al - Giza, on the east by the province al -Bahr al Red Sea, on the south by the Government al - Minya and to the west by the province al - Giza. The eastern part of the province extends into the Arabian Desert. The administrative center is Beni Suef ( Beni Suef ).
