Bérénice Bejo

Bérénice Bejo [ be.ʁenis.beʒo ] (* 7 July 1976 in Buenos Aires ) is a French actress.

Life

At the age of three years Bérénice Bejo emigrated with her parents from Argentina to France. Under the influence of her father, the director Miguel Bejo, she completed at an early age a drama school. Her first film appearance was Bérénice Bejo in the short film Pain perdu of animal Barié before in the feature film Les Sœurs Hamlet ( 1998) by Abdelkrim Bahloul got in 1993 the role of Karine. First recognition of her acting skills she learned in 2001 by the César Award nomination for Best Young Actress for her role in Meilleur Espoir féminin (2000) by Gérard Jugnot.
