Bernd Hölzenbein (2010)

Bernd Hölzenbein ( born March 9, 1946 in Dehrn ) is a German former football player and current football official. His biggest success to his playing days was the title at the 1974 World Cup.

Life

After finishing high school Hölzenbein learned the trade of the merchant, then moved but a full- on football matches. In the Bundesliga he played from 1967 to 1981 420 times for Eintracht Frankfurt and was with the team in 1974, 1975 and 1981 DFB Cup winner and 1980 winner of the UEFA Cup.
