Bidogno

Bidogno is a former municipality in the district Capriasca, district of Lugano in the canton of Ticino in Switzerland.

On April 20, 2008 Bidogno, Corticiasca, Lugaggia merged to form the new municipality Capriasca.

History

The village is first mentioned in the 12th century as " Biadogno ".

  • The San Barnaba church was built on the foundations of an older Romanesque church and consecrated in 1487
