Bijou Lilly Phillips ( born April 1, 1980 in Greenwich, Connecticut ) is an American actress, singer and photo model.

Life and career

Phillips is a daughter of John Phillips and a sister of Mackenzie Phillips. They began at a young age to work as a model.
