Vilayphone "Billy" Ketkeophomphone (born 24 March 1990 in Champigny -sur -Marne ) is a French football player, with a migration background from Laos.

Billy Ketkeophomphone started to play football in the youth department of the RC Paris. Then he came into the national youth academy of the French Football Federation, the INF Clairefontaine. 2007 went Ketkeophomphone to Racing Strasbourg, where he played only in the second team. In the 2009/10 season Ketkeophomphone also came first in the first team to use.
