Black River (Band)

Black River is a Polish rock ' n' roll and stoner rock band from Warsaw, which was founded in 2008.

History

The band was founded in 2008. In May of the same year followed via Mystic Production self-titled debut album. The release was followed by appearances in Poland, as well as various tours. In September 2009, followed by the second album Black'n'Roll. The release was followed by a tour with Behemoth.

Style

In Black River, the members try to play songs that they can not realize in their other bands like Dimmu Borgir, Behemoth, Vesania and Rootwater. According to Frank Thiessies from Metal Hammer play the tape on Black'n'Roll Stoner Rock, whom he described as " Monster Magnet Danzig sound ". On songs like Lucky in Hell, the band also remember Alice in Chains.
