Geography

The village lies on the two rivers Michel Bach and Perschling centrally in Lower Austria. The area of ​​the municipality covers 45.57 km ², 21.38 percent of the area is forested.

Boeheimkirchen is located ten kilometers east of St. Pölten on the west motorway (A1) and on the Western Railway.

History

The pre-and protohistoric settlement amount Boeheimkirchen high-field lies to the south of the village on a ridge, its eastern side by Michel Bach and its west side Perschling is circled. The ridge is oriented north-south and falls to the north, east and west from steep.

After the Neolithic colonization of most of the high range, this was limited during the Early Bronze Age on the 170 m long north part.
