Borut BožiÄ
Borut Božič ( born August 8, 1980 in Ljubljana) is a Slovenian cyclist.
Borut Božič began his career in 2004 at the Slovenian cycling team Perutnina Ptuj. In his first season he won a stage of the Adriatic highway, and the Serbia - tour and two stages at the Tour of Slovenia. In his second season he won the third part of the Tour de l' Avenir for themselves. In 2006 he won in March only the prologue to the Adriatic highway, and so could the Appreciation decide for themselves. Later he secured three stage wins at the Olympia's Tour and two stages in his native land tour. From 2007 Božič driving for the Italian team Androni Giocattoli -3C Casalinghi. In 2009 he had a stage win in the Tour of Spain.
