Brazen Abbot

Brazen Abbot is a hard rock band from Mariehamn, Finland.

History

In 1994, the band was originally formed as a mere studio project of bandleader, guitarist and composer Nikolo Kotzev (formerly Baltimore ) founded, but has performed several live performances in the meantime.

Was actually just a singer, Göran Edman (ex - Yngwie Malmsteen, Glory ) For the first album, is provided. Because terminlicher problems Göran was, however, only two of the tracks on the album are available. Therefore, Glenn Hughes (ex - Deep Purple, ex - Trapeze ) has been committed which, however, had only just time for three of the songs. Therefore, as a third vocalist on the debut Tomas Vikström (ex - Candlemass ) has been committed, which recorded the rest of the songs of live -and- learn- album.

The constellation with three or more singers turned out to be very successful and therefore became the hallmark of Brazen Abbot. On most albums Göran Edman and Joe Lynn Turner singing (ex - Rainbow, ex - Deep Purple ) along with changing other singers. In live performances, however, is usually only Joe Lynn Turner was the only singer here.

Mic Michaeli, John Levén and Ian Haugland, all members of the famous band Europe, played at Brazen Abbot before 2004 Europe united again.
