Brome-Missisquoi Regional County Municipality

Brome - Missisquoi is a regional county municipality (French municipalité régional du comté, MRC ) in the Canadian province of Quebec.

It is located in the Montérégie administrative region and consists of 21 subordinate administrative units ( seven cities, ten municipalities, a Canton community, two villages and a Sprengel ). The MRC was established on 1 January 1982. The main town is Cowansville. The population is 55,185 and the area 1651.1 km ², which corresponds to a population density of 33.4 inhabitants per km ².
