Børre Næss

Børre Næss ( born January 23, 1982 in Kongsberg ) is a Norwegian cross-country skier.

Børre Næss starts for the club Efteloet IL. Internationally, he has been active since 2001. First, he ran into FIS and Continental Cup competitions as well as in Junior World Championships without significant results. At the end of the season 2002/ 03 the Norwegians in Oslo could first start in the Cross Country World Cup, and reached about 50 km to 46th place. However, it took almost a year until he was allowed to start again in unterklassigen race in the World Cup after several good results. It was the first use of the sprint specialists at its purpose-built track and he finished in 48th place Trondheim Only days later, he won only 16 in Drammen as his first World Cup points and then came in Lahti in ninth place for the first time in the top ten. Finally he came in last season's Sprint in Pragelato to third place. From now on, Næss ' World Cup inserts were frequent.
