Brücken-Hackpfüffel

Bridge Hackpfüffel is a kreisangehorige municipality in the district of Mansfeld- Südharz in southwest Saxony -Anhalt.

Geography

The municipality is located north-east of Kyffhaeuser Mountains in Golden Meadows. The county town of Sangerhausen is only eight kilometers from the district bridges. The territory of bridge Hackpfüffel extends from Unstrut Creek helmets in the north to the border with Thuringia in the south.

Community structure

The former municipalities bridges (helmets ) and Hackpfüffel form the two districts of the municipality.

History

The birth of the community through church merger is January 1, 2009. During the territorial reform in Saxony -Anhalt, the member municipalities of the administrative community Goldene Aue favor the model of community association which, according to lawmakers only provides member municipalities over 1,000 inhabitants.

Policy

Already on November 9, 2008 the mayoral election be held for the new church, in which involved 55 % of the electorate bridging and Hackpfüffels. For the first honorary mayor of Michael Peckruhn was chosen.

The coat of arms was approved on 28 January 2009 by the county.

The flag is yellow - striped green ( 1:1) and the center filled with the municipal coat of arms - in the longitudinal shape with perpendicular stripes and the cross shape with horizontal stripes running.
