The Buckhorn State Park is a state park in Juneau County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. It lies on a peninsula in the Castle Rock Lake at the confluence of the Yellow River to the Wisconsin River.
Fauna
In State Park come the water before beavers, muskrats, ducks, Canada geese, Canada herons, mink, otters and herons. On land, coyotes, black bears, turkeys, and white -tailed deer are found. As birds owls, osprey and hawks are mentioned.
Flora
In state park beside oaks also occur asters, bergamot, Euphorbia corollata and goldenrod. The grass species Andropogon gerardii and are Sorghastrum nutans.
