Buddy Ebsen

Buddy Ebsen, born Christian Rudolph Ebsen, Jr. ( born April 2, 1908 in Belleville, Illinois; † 6 July 2003 TORRANCE, California ) was an American actor. Is best known for his role as Ebsen Jed Clampett in the popular television series The Beverly Hillbillies and Barnaby Jones by the private detective.

The son of the Danish father Rudolf Christian Ebsen, Sr. and his mother Frances Latvian learned after moving to Orlando, Florida to dance in his father's school and graduated from high school in 1926 from.
