The Bunya Highway is a highway in the southeast of the Australian state of Queensland. It connects the Burnett Highway ( A3) in Goomeri with the D' Aguilar Highway ( S96 ) in Kingaroy and the Warrego Highway ( NA2 ) in Dalby.

The excellent than State Road 49 Highway, the continuation of the Moonie Highway ( S49 ) to the northeast, and the continuation of the Wide Bay Highway ( S49 ) to the southwest dar. It is named after the Bunya Mountains and the National Park of the same name at Kumbia. This in turn got its name from there frequently occurring Queensland Araucaria (Araucaria bidwilli ), which is also called Bunya Bunya tree.

In 2008, the crossing was rebuilt with the Burnett Highway to ensure that trade flows towards Murgon easier.

The highest point in the course of the highway is located at 732 m, the lowest 258 m. The maximum slope is about 10%.
