The Burnett Highway is a highway in the eastern part of the Australian state of Queensland. It runs parallel to the east coast of Australia in a north-south direction and connects the D' Aguilar Highway (A3, S96 ) with the Bruce Highway ( NA1 ) south of Rockhampton in Nanango.

The highway was named after the Burnett River, which he crossed at Gayndah. Together with the New England Highway, he combines Newcastle on the coast of New South Wales with Rockhampton and is therefore reported by the State Government of Queensland as a strategic link road.

The highest point in the course of the highway is 595 m and the lowest at 9 m.
