Biloela
Biloela (debate / bɪləwi ː lə / ) is a city in Central Queensland in Australia. It is the center of the LGA Banana Shire Council.
The name comes from the word for Kakadu in the language of the Aborigines.
It is located about 120 km southwest of Gladstone away, at the intersection of highways 17 and 60 Burnett Highway Dawson Highway.
The city lives mainly from mining of black coal and agriculture, and animal husbandry.
About 40 km to the west is the Kroombit - Tops National Park.
One of the largest employers in the company Teys Bros., a slaughterhouse, which has processed every day in the year 2005 703 cattle.
