Bureinsky Ridge

The Burejagebirge (Russian Буреинский хребет, Bureinski Chrebet, after the river, of Evenki biraja "river" ) is located in the Russian Far East.

To the north it borders on the Dschagdygebirge, in the east, south and west it gradually changes into the river valley of the Amur.

The 400 km long high mountains up to 2,167 m high. In the mountains spring from the Amgun, the Bureya and Selemdscha. The headwaters of the Bureya is under protection.
