Cabadbaran City is a Philippine city in the province of Agusan del Norte. It has 69 241 inhabitants ( census May 1, 2010 ). To ensure the water supply of the city Cabadbaran -Santiago Watershed Forest Reserve was established on Mount Hilong Hilong.
