Cachoeiro de Itapemirim is a city in the Brazilian state of Espírito Santo. She had about 210,000 inhabitants in 2010, making it the fifth largest city in the state.

The city is since 1958 the seat of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Cachoeiro de Itapemirim. It is headed by Bishop Dario Campos since 2011.
