Cambuslang F.C.

The Cambuslang Football Club was a football club from the region in Cambuslang Glasgow, who was from 1874 to 1897. The club was a founding member of the Scottish Football League. In 1888 they succeeded in the catchment to the final of the Scottish FA Cup after they won the semi-final against FC Abercorn 10-1. The final was lost but in return with 6-1 against FC Renton. In the same year but still they managed a victory in the Glasgow Cup, as they beat in the final of the Glasgow Rangers 3-1.
