Canton of Mirambeau

The Canton Mirambeau is a French administrative unit in the district Jonzac, in the Charente -Maritime in the Poitou -Charentes; its chief town is Mirambeau.

Geography

The Canton Mirambeau is 26 686 hectares ( 266.86 km ²) in size and has 7,218 inhabitants (as of 1999), which corresponds to a population density of about 27 inhabitants per km ².
